Puro-caff

Keeping your machine clean not only helps ensure a longer lifespan, but keeping the grouphead and PF free of coffee oils ensures the espresso it produces is less bitter. Coffee oils left on the grouphead and PF will turn acrid, making subsequent shots bitter. Frequent cleaning of backflush capable machines with Puro-caff is the most efficient method of acheiving this.

Custom Tampers

areOne of the most important parts the espresso-making process. Using an inadequate tamper can cause channeling in the espresso grinds, causing parts of the coffee-bed to be overextracted, leading to a bitter, acrid shot. Full, even extraction maximizes the sweetness of every shot.

A variety of options are available:
